High Chancellor Angel Legendaro
Angel Legendaro is the High Chancellor of the University of Marescimar.
In Chapter 2.2 of The Time Virus we read:
Blizzard stared around at each one of us.
‘Before we do anything to help Jem,’ he said, ‘we have to visit the University’s High Chancellor.’
‘Who’s that?’ asked Minnow.
‘Angel,’ said Blizzard. ‘Her real name is Seraphina, which means Angel, but Angel is the name she prefers — Angel Legendaro. See the tower at the centre of the university — in the middle of the big X-shaped building?’
Frank and Ben leaned right over the edge of the cloud, peering down. They were the exact opposite of one another — Ben with jet black hair and Frank so blond.
‘Wicked,’ said Frank.
‘Amazing,’ added Ben.
‘It sure is,’ said Blizzard.
‘Can we really go there?’ asked Frank.
‘Well, that’s where Angel lives,’ said Blizzard. ‘So, that’s where we’re going.’
